Before starting any project our company; Concrete Contractor Tampa FL , makes sure that we and our client mutually understand the following terms and conditions. Our client will adhere to those to secure the rights of both individuals.

Scope Of Work

We clearly explain what we will do for a project. It all depends on the material, project size and any other additional changings from client’s side. We also inform our customers time-to-time with what we are doing right now. What needs to be done in the coming future.

Contract Price

We always talk to you about what everything will cost. We also let you know the payment gateway whether it is cheque, cash or something else. We also prefer advance and on time payments and if payments are due we might charge a little more to encourage on-time payments.

Schedule

We will give a realistic approach for your project’s starting and completion date. But unforeseen circumstances (like bad weather, material shortage) are beyond our control which may delay the completion date.

Permits and Rules

what else permits are needed for the job we always handle it. We always follow local rules and regulations for maintaining a safe environment.

Changes

If you want some additional changings after we have started we will plan and adjust it considering all the cost, charges and time frame.

Ending the Contract

If either of us needs to stop the project for some reason, we’ll talk about it and figure out the best way to move forward. We’ll tie up any loose ends and make sure everyone is satisfied with our work.

Legal Stuff

We always respect and care for your privacy. If there is a legal issue we always keep your confidential date private to protect everyone’s interests.

Guarantee

We never make our customers unhappy with our work. But if there is something which is done wrong we will always be there until we fix it within our agreement.
